Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers!

What is this place all about?

Imagine a boutique hotel decided to downsize and get cozy—it’s 9 tiny homes with big personality! Each comes with its own front deck, firepit, and a VIP invitation to hang out in our hot tub, watch movies, or conquer the free laundry room (because adventurers need clean socks too). We’re here to deliver a tiny but mighty glamping experience, mixing modern comforts with outdoor vibes.

Are you guys really open year-round?

Yep, we’re unstoppable—kind of like the highway plows that start at 3:00 AM! Thanks to our year-round access on HWY 21, you can visit us in all four seasons without worrying about snow drama. In 3 years, the road’s only been closed for a quick nap (like 2–3 hours max). So pack your bags—rain, shine, or snow, we’re ready for you!

Do we need to bring anything?

Just yourselves, your sense of adventure, and maybe a s’mores kit! We’ve got the basics covered: sheets, pillows, comforters, and even linens for the pullout couch in case you want to debate over who gets the loft.

What about cooking?

Each tiny home comes with an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and enough plates and utensils for your culinary masterpieces (or instant ramen). We’ve got oil, salt, and pepper, so bring the rest of your pantry if you feel fancy. Oh, and there’s a Solo Fire Pit outside for those “grill master” vibes.

What about wood for the firepits and indoor wood stove?

Feel free to BYOW (Bring Your Own Wood), or swing by Nelson’s Wood Mill next to our main building. Bundles are $6 each, or $10 for two—like a BOGO but for your bonfire. Venmo and cash are welcome because we’re tech-savvy and old-school like that.

How do we check in?

Our check-in process is so easy it might spoil you for other vacations. Your door code will arrive via email after booking, and voilà—you’re all set! Parking is right next to your tiny home, clearly marked, so no need for scavenger hunts.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. But if you’re itching to start your adventure early, we offer a $50 “head start” option for a 1:00 PM check-in. Look for it online, or call us if the excitement is just too much!

Any checkout rules?

Nope, no weird rules. Just make sure you don’t leave anything behind (especially your dignity after a night of campfire karaoke). Treat our tiny homes like a hotel room—respectful vibes only, please.

Is there someone on-site if we need something?

Our cleaning crew is here daily, but for anything else, we’re just a text or call away. We’re like superheroes without capes—ready to swoop in when needed.

Do you guys allow pets?

Absolutely! Cabins 1–7 are pet-friendly. There’s a non-refundable $50 fee, which covers up to two furry guests. Bring the doggos (or cats, or rabbits… we don’t judge).

We have pet allergies. Do you have pet-free cabins?

Yes! Cabins 8 and 9 are our no-pet zones and have been fur-free since day one.

Do you have any ADA-accessible units?

We do! Cabin 7 features ADA-width doors, a ramp, and sleeping arrangements with a twin bunk bed, twin pullout trundle, and a sofa bed. Accessibility meets coziness.

Any random things we should know?

Just one: the king-size loft bedrooms require a little ladder action. While the ladders lock securely in place, if you’re not a fan of climbing, the pullout couch or Cabin 7’s single-level setup might be more your speed.

Do you guys allow events, family reunions, or weddings?

Yes! We’re basically the Swiss Army knife of venues. We can host up to 75 people for weddings, reunions, corporate team-building, or even that “family Olympics” you’ve been dreaming up. With 9 cabins, we can sleep 35 overnight guests comfortably.

Come for the coziness—stay for the memories. Or the s’mores. Definitely the s’mores.
